We are always creating new designs to keep things fresh and exciting! You can expect:

- Subscriber exclusives – every month, subscribers receive a custom design that is ONLY available to subscribers.
How does the subscription work?
Subscribers receive a new, exclusive Picky Pad each month!
- Billing: Your payment method will be charged on the 1st of each month.
- Shipping: Products ship on the 15th of each month to the address you provide.
- Payment issues: If payment is not resolved by the 10th, the shipment for that month may be skipped.
Subscriptions are the best way to get access to unique, members-only designs that aren’t available anywhere else.
Do you plan to make reusable molds in the future?
We’re always researching and testing new solutions. While our current focus is on one-time-use molds for quality and durability, we may explorereusable options in the future.
Shipping & Returns
- Shipping: Orders are shipped within [3-5 days] and tracking information will be provided. Please message us if you have more urgent needs.
- Returns: For safety and hygienic reasons, Picky Pads are generally non-returnable once opened. However, if your product arrives damaged, please reach out—we’ll make it right!
Do you accept custom or bulk orders for events?
Yes! We love creating special orders for birthdays, classroom events, or other celebrations. Custom orders are available for groups of 8 Picky Pads or more. Please reach out through our contact form to start the process. We’ll work with you directly to confirm details. We’ll confirm your color scheme and event date before finalizing. Once confirmed and agreed to by both you and us, we’ll send you a custom order form to complete payment. After payment is received, we’ll create your Picky Pads and ship them in time for your event. Because these are made-to-order, custom orders are non-returnable. We’re always happy to help make your event extra special with fun, supportive, and sensory-friendly tools!
